Meanwhile, back at the ranch, let me tell (or show) you why G Suite is so awesome.
Just in case you didn’t know, right. 🙂
So What Is G Suite?
G Suite is a cloud-based productivity suite which kind of means that it’s always available whenever you are.
You can use it as a team, (helps communicate and collaborate) or just by yourself.
Kind of like I did (image above) where I used G Suite to create a professional email. At least I hope it looks professional anyways! 🙂
Basically, wherever you are, and whatever device you’re on, you can tap into G Suite.
It’s simple to set up, use and manage, so that you can focus on what really matters. And it kind of works just like Gmail does, which is really cool.
Good ‘Old G Suite Benefits
- You get to use a business email for your domain
- You can communicate as [email protected] (Instead of yourb[email protected] etc)
- Access from any location or device (the beauty of the cloud!)
- Check emails, edit documents, share files, hold random video meetings and more, whether you’re at work, at home or on the road somewhere.
- Robust admin settings give you total command over users, devices, security and all that important stuff.
- Free 14 day trial here (use the G Suite promo code above)
Why G Suite Is Like, Really Cool
G Suite does a lot of really cool things.
The main cool factor is that it comes from Google.
Now, I’m pretty sure you know how huge Google is, right?
Galactic might be a better choice of words, methinks.
But just say you didn’t know anything about them, let me say this:
Google is like one of the 4th largest companies in the world after Amazon, Apple and Microsoft in terms of market cap.
And that was 2019 news, and we all know things can change overnight.
Anyways it’s one of the big four tech companies in the world.
The most noticeable thing is that even though Google has a ton of products, one in particularly stands out.
And that, my friend, is Gmail.
Good old Gmail, the email we all (or most of us) love. ❤️
Anyways, the thing is that Google has a massive search engine and sort of like owns Youtube (which is another search engine) and all that.
Which means that when YOU get a G Suite professional email account your emails are MORE likely to get through to your customers!
And not get spam binned.
Because – yep – I’d guess you’d say a few people (ie your potential customers) use Gmail.
I mean, something like ballpark 1.8 billion of them.
To say Gmail is essential would be kind of an understatement of the year. 🙂
You could even say Google sort of “runs” the email business.
Er, some quick old stats on that:
- 306.4 billion emails are sent and received daily in 2020
- Gmail currently owns 43% of the email service market share in 2020.
- Gmail accounts for 27% of all email opens.
- An average Gmail account is worth around $3,588.85.
Yeah, those numbers are mind numbing.
I wonder if my gmail account is worth that much? 🙂
Basically, emails sent with G Suite tend to get seen, and end up in your customers email inbox.
So Why Use G Suite?
I guess it’s just an easier way to get a professional email happening really quickly.
Plus you get all these extra Google tools, you know, like Gmail, Google Docs, Hangouts, Google Calendar, Google Drive… and way too many more to list.
You might also be interested to know the way Google runs its business.
They use a policy called “Innovation Time Off” where Google engineers are encouraged to spend 20% of their work time on projects that interest them.
What’s fascinating about that is while these folks are having “time out” they often come up with great ideas…
Apparently half of all new product launches originated from the Innovation Time Off.
So take note. Creative time off works!
Your G Suite Promo Code
Well you should have your G Suite promo code by now.
Just hit me up if you want the promo code for any other country than Australia OK.
Lastly, you will need a domain for G Suite.
You’ll be asked to verify that you own the domain. If you don’t have a domain or want to use a different one with G Suite, you can purchase a domain of your choice or one from Google.
So I’ll see you out there.
